The space

The living room offers a new queen sleeper sofa, leather recliner, 65” Roku TV, and a gas fireplace. Enjoy morning coffee on the wrap-around deck in polywood chairs or rockers, or unwind in the hot tub. The deck also features a new natural gas grill for barbecue lovers. Essentials like towels, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and trash bags are provided as a starter kit. For longer stays, consider bringing additional toiletries, condiments, and cooking essentials. Note: Bring your own streaming logins for the Roku TVs. The fireplace is closed April through October. The community pool, a short 2-minute walk away, is open daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day.

Guest access

The address, door code, and other essential info will be sent to your phone 48 hours prior to your check in date. You will get the entire house to yourself. You can park right in front of the cabin (max 3 vehicles – no RVs, campers or trailers). The roads are paved, narrow, windy and with some inclines.

Check in: any time after 4pm EST. Check out: 10am EST. No early check-ins or late check-outs. While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we cannot offer early check-ins and late departures. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure the home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay. If you depart late there will be a $50 charge for every 15 minutes past 10am EST. We would also like to remind you of the House Rules: • Max capacity of 8 people and 3 vehicles. • NO CAMPERS, TRAILERS, or RVs allowed. • NO SMOKING - Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) is NOT allowed. You will be charged $250 plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent. • NO PETS - You will be charged $250 plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent. • NO PARTIES • The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. Do not use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or if you are pregnant. Please read the hot tub warnings and use at your own risk! • Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages. • It is common to see and hear critters and bears, so please keep your car locked as there are bears in the area and they do know how to open a car door when looking for food. • Our community is a family friendly vacation destination. Loud parties are not allowed. Quiet time is from 10pm to 6am. Please adhere to this in respect to our neighbors. • Please keep both doors of the cabin locked when you leave during the day or night. This is our vacation home and we are honored to share it with you. We truly hope you enjoy your stay at the Rockstar Hideaway!!!
